3. Mental health conditions like depression or anxiety can also be the root cause of fatigue.

a) Proper sleep and good food can spring you back to your normal life and make you feel fresh and active. You must follow a routine and ensure to get six to eight hours sleep.
b) Along with adequate sleep and food you need some activity to keep your mind engaged and avoid boredom. You must set aside sometime for workout and exercise every day.
c) Adequate fluid intake is essential. You can increase your daily fluid consumption and see the difference. You must at least drink 3-4 litres of water every day. Add Chia Seeds to your bottle for added goodness.
